You may use any shipping carrier or shipping method of your choice when sending your return back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BOXES & BARBELLS is not responsible for lost or missing return packages in transit.
Original shipping charges from your order are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order through our website for the item you’d like instead.
