Bagels & Barbells started from something simple — just posting lifting videos for fun.
I’m just an average CrossFitter/weightlifter who fell in love with Olympic lifting the moment I hit my first clean. What started as sharing workouts slowly turned into signing up for my first weightlifting meet, chasing PRs, and wanting to build something around the sport and lifestyle I genuinely enjoy.
The name came from a tradition me and a few friends had after Saturday barbell classes — grabbing bagel sandwiches after training. Three things I’ve always enjoyed: a good breakfast bagel sandwich, weightlifting, and a good cup of coffee. So “Bagels & Barbells” just made sense. The logo captures the grind, intensity, and humor that comes with training hard while still keeping things fun and the design blends fitness culture with personality.
This shirt represents the process: early mornings, hard training sessions, missed lifts, PRs, coffee, carbs, and showing up consistently.
